IPAM presented its policy paper “Accelerating Global Climate Resilience Through Robust Adaptation Metrics” at COP30 in Belém. The paper, produced by a task group of 21 IPAM experts and stress-tested at the IPAM international conference in Morocco, is a research-backed synthesis feeding into the negotiations on the Global Goal on Adaptation.
